The preprint workflow follows these steps:

• The author prepares and uploads a preprint draft PDF to NextCloud, and informs the RevLog team.
• The RevLog Preprints page is updated with the new submission. The reviewers who have subscribe to the respective tradiation via the become a reviewer form are getting informed of the new Preprint.
• Interested reviewers download the preprint and conduct their review;
• Reviewers prepare comments, corrections, and suggestions and then they send it to the communication email that is on the page of the Preprint.
• Annotated PDFs or review reports are returned to the author by email.
• The author evaluates the feedback and revises the manuscript where appropriate.
• The updated preprint remains available to the community while progressing towards formal publication.
